PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196 OF 30 JUNE 2003
The management procedures for this Web site are described here with reference to processing of users’ personal data. The policy is pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 –Personal data protection code – for those who interact with the Albanese Group Web services, accessed electronically at: http://www.gruppoalbanese.it, corresponding to the home page of the official Albanese Group’s site.
The policy covers, exclusively, the content of the pages of this Web site, but not those sites that the user may consult through links present on the pages of the site itself, such as, for example, links to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, where their own specific privacy policy applies.
The policy is also based on Recommendation No. 2/2001 which the European authorities for personal data protection, in a meeting of the Group, established pursuant to Art. 29 of Regulation No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the procedures, timing and nature of information that policy holders must provide to users when they connect to Web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

Navigation data
The information systems and software procedures used on this Web site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocol. This is information not collected in relation to identified persons but that could, by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, enable users to be identified. Included in this data category are IP addresses or names in the computer domain of users who connect to the site, Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses of the resources sought, browser, time of request, method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as feedback, the numerical code showing the status of the feedback provided by the server and other parameters relative to the operating system or the information environment of the user. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it functions properly and they are deleted immediately after processing. Such data can also be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of cyber-crime against the site; in this case, data on Web contacts are not kept for more than 30 days and anyway no longer than necessary to fulfil the specific requests submitted by completing the forms available on the site itself.
Data provided voluntarily by user
Explicit voluntary sending of emails to the addresses on this site and compilation of the forms on the site incur subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, together with any other personal data entered, and subsequent processing of data solely to fulfil the requests therein. However, this processing is guaranteed to be subject to the principles of accuracy, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of privacy as provided for in Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Personal data are not disclosed to third parties. Nevertheless, whenever required, they may be made available to the Italian Postal and Communications Police, the Legal Authorities and the Criminal Police.

Apart from the above, the voluntary nature of supplying personal data remains unchanged on the user’s side. However, non-compliance may compromise access, use and delivery of the online services, as well as the expected quality of performance.

RIGHTS OF THOSE AFFECTED
Those to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of said data and ascertain their content and origin, verify their accuracy, or request their inclusion, updating or rectification (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). Under the same article, they have the right to ask for erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, as well as objecting on legitimate grounds to their processing in all cases. Given the advancement in electronic control mechanisms, there is always the possibility of error and malfunctioning. It should therefore be noted that this document, constituting the “Privacy Policy” of this site, may be subject to updating.
